  • Session 1: AI Regulation in Europe and Spain
    • European and national regulatory framework
    • EU AI Act: Summary and implementation timeline
    • Code of Practice and AESIA in Spain
  • Session 2: Intellectual Property and Algorithm Management
    • Handling intellectual and industrial property in AI
    • Regulations and algorithm auditing
  • Session 3: Impact of AI on Data Protection and Risks
    • Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
    • Secure AI implementation and risk management
  • Session 4 (Adaptable to the company’s sector): AI Audits and Compliance Tools
    • External and internal audits
    • Identifying the company’s role (Deployer or Provider)
    • Implementing oversight mechanisms and industry standards
