The course is divided into the following sessions:

- Types of Machine Learning algorithms
- AI governance: data ethics, AI ethics, and risk management
- Session 1: AI Regulation in Europe and Spain
- European and national regulatory framework
- EU AI Act: Summary and implementation timeline
- Code of Practice and AESIA in Spain
- Session 2: Intellectual Property and Algorithm Management
- Handling intellectual and industrial property in AI
- Regulations and algorithm auditing
- Session 3: Impact of AI on Data Protection and Risks
- Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
- Secure AI implementation and risk management
- Session 4 (Adaptable to the company’s sector): AI Audits and Compliance Tools
- External and internal audits
- Identifying the company’s role (Deployer or Provider)
- Implementing oversight mechanisms and industry standards
Note: Session 4 can be split into two sessions if further customization is required for the client’s sector.
